Living in Tents is a major solo exhibition of new large scale works by Daniel Montoute. Presented within the civic context of Westwood City Hall, the exhibition is an artistic intervention that examines the politics of displacement, the aesthetics of resilience, and the failure of urban infrastructure. Using salvaged materials alongside oil and acrylic, the work gives tangible form to the unseen realities of housing instability, transforming discarded objects into archives of survival.
